Measuring and training are different activities and need different instruments.
DEXISION holds both under one framework: a leader’s readiness is observed in performance, not in self-description; and reasoning is strengthened on real decisions, not in a classroom.
The two modules
Cognitive and behavioural profiling.
Measures three dimensions of a leader’s readiness to drive AI transformation: AI-first drive, cognitive governance and change leadership. It does not ask leaders how critical they are of AI output. It puts them to the test on eight realistic work situations with credible AI output.
Output: an individual readiness profile for the leader, an anonymised group-level view for the organisation.
The decision application.
Takes a real decision through the AI Thinking Quadrants: frame the problem, explore with AI as a sparring partner, stress-test the reasoning, close it with full cognitive ownership.
Output: a structured artefact of the reasoning trail, ready for review, communication or audit.
Why it matters
In April 2026 Paolo Taticchi and Giovanni Giamminola published “Cognitive Governance in the AI Era” at UCL School of Management, naming a structural risk rather than an ethical one: cognitive surrender.
DEXISION is that research put to work. Readiness 3D makes the phenomenon measurable; Posture Lab prevents it inside a single decision.

It has two modules: DEXISION Readiness 3D, which measures a leader's cognitive readiness, and DEXISION Posture Lab, which supports leaders through real decisions while keeping critical control in their hands.
Readiness 3D measures: it produces a leader's readiness profile across three dimensions by observing how they handle realistic AI output. Posture Lab operates: it takes a real decision and makes the reasoning trail visible. The first answers “where does this leader stand today”; the second answers “how are they deciding right now”.
Yes. Readiness 3D is the natural starting point and works on its own, typically as the opening move of a leadership programme. Posture Lab is used on real decisions, with or without a prior measurement.
No. It is a development and coaching tool. No output is designed, or contractually usable, for decisions on hiring, promotion, pay or termination. The individual profile belongs to the leader; the organisation receives only the anonymised group-level view.
