DEXISION Posture Lab
A structured tool for leaders who want to keep cognitive control over their decisions, even when AI is in the room. Built on the AI Thinking Quadrants framework, developed with the UCL School of Management.
Posture Lab is a structured decision tool built by Systemic Zero on the AI Thinking Quadrants framework. It profiles how a leader reasons when AI is part of the process, not what they know. Designed for executives and leadership teams, it turns a real decision into a visible, auditable reasoning record.
Posture Lab is the decision module of the DEXISION® platform. To measure a leader’s starting readiness, the module is Readiness 3D.

When you face a real decision, Posture Lab guides you through the AI Thinking Quadrants: a research-based framework that maps how AI influences your reasoning and where your judgment must remain central.
A structured artifact. The result is a visible, editable record of how you arrived at the decision. Not a machine recommendation. Your analysis, made legible.
Designed for leaders. Posture Lab is built for executives and leadership teams that need to stand behind their strategic decisions and maintain full cognitive ownership.
How it works
Define what is truly at stake and the boundaries of the problem. Before AI enters the process, the decision belongs to you.
The application uses AI to surface perspectives, test your framing, and expand the range of considerations. AI does not conclude. It interrogates.
A structured adversarial step in which assumptions are named, weak points are brought to the surface, and cognitive biases are made visible.
You close the process. The artifact records the reasoning path, ready for review, communication, or audit.
Why It Matters
In April 2026, Paolo Taticchi and Giovanni Giamminola published “Cognitive Governance in the AI Era” at the UCL School of Management. The paper identified a risk that is structural, not ethical: cognitive surrender.
Posture Lab is the practical application of that research. It makes the thinking process visible, so that the human in the decision remains the one who truly decides.
Posture Lab is also the tool used in the one-to-one coaching of the Leader Journey, working on each manager’s real decisions.
The risk of AI in strategic decisions is not speed. It is invisibility.
Cognitive surrender happens slowly, delegating one step at a time — without ever noticing when control has changed hands.

FAQ
Posture Lab is a structured decision tool built on the AI Thinking Quadrants framework, developed with the UCL School of Management. It guides a leader through a real decision while keeping cognitive control in their hands, and produces a visible, editable record of how the decision was reached.
Posture Lab follows four steps: frame the decision and its boundaries, explore it with AI as a sparring partner that interrogates rather than concludes, stress-test the reasoning by naming assumptions and biases, and decide with full awareness. The result is an artifact that records the reasoning path.
Posture Lab is built for executives and leadership teams who need to stand behind strategic decisions and keep full cognitive ownership of them. It is also the tool used in the one-to-one coaching sessions of the Leader Journey, applied to each manager’s real decisions.
Posture Lab is not an AI that decides for you, and it is not a recommendation engine. It does not produce an answer. It produces a structured artifact of how you reasoned toward your own answer, keeping authorship of the decision with the leader, not with the model.

In a guided session, we’ll show you how the AI Thinking Quadrants framework transforms the way you approach strategic challenges — while keeping cognitive control exactly where it should be: in your hands. The demo sessions are designed for executives and leadership teams. No commitment required.
