Giovanni Giamminola is one of the few European executives who has turned thirty years of experience as CEO of billion-euro companies into a new discipline of leadership for the age of AI agents.
Today he works with Boards and executive teams to redesign strategy, governance and decision-making architectures for an AI-First world. His method, at the intersection of leadership, cognitive science and agentic AI, helps companies build cognitive operating systems and activate AI safely and strategically.
He is an affiliated fellow at UCL School of Management in London, Centre for Sustainable Business, where he co-authored the white paper Cognitive Governance in the AI Era (April 2026). He writes for Harvard Business Review Italia, which in October 2026 dedicated an insert to DEXISION.
