Bootcamp
Vertical work on the business functions involved, down to an evolutionary roadmap.
The Bootcamp is the phase where we work vertically with the business functions: finance, sales, marketing, HR, operations and the others the project involves. With each one we map the processes as they work today and identify the points where decisions are made and those where AI can change the work. Then we roll up our sleeves on concrete cases, together with the people who run those processes every day. We do not start from the tools, we start from the real work. For each function an evolutionary roadmap is drawn up: what to change and in what order. The roadmaps are the working material of the AI Strategy Compass, where they are discussed with the leadership team and brought back to the strategy.
